We’re now seeking a Social Media & Campaign Manager to drive both our social media strategy on LinkedIn and Instagram and manage targeted B2B email campaigns through ZoomInfo.
Job Overview
As our Social Media & Campaign Manager, you will play a few roles.
1) Creating engaging content for LinkedIn and Instagram.
2) Building and executing B2B email campaigns to expand our client reach.
3) Compiling data for cold and warm reach outs to potential candidates.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing various post types, from graphics and polls to videos, and should be comfortable creating campaigns that capture our brand’s personality and professionalism.
This position is a remote role working during the day. It will be an initial 6 month contract that can be extended.
Note that you receive a percentage of profits that arise from any new business that you successfully bring in through your marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a content strategy for LinkedIn and Instagram, focusing on diverse post types (text, polls, graphics, and short videos).
- Create, design, and publish content that resonates with our audience, balancing humor and professionalism.
- Use ZoomInfo or similar tool to develop, manage, and execute B2B email campaigns, building brand awareness and client relationships.
- Analyze social media and campaign performance metrics to refine content and campaign strategies.
- Engage with followers, building a connected and interactive community that reflects our brand values.
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to align content and campaigns with business goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management, focusing on LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Good experience with ZoomInfo or related tools, and experience in executing effective B2B email campaigns.
- Ability to create a variety of content formats, including engaging graphics, polls, and short videos.
- Strong sense of humor with a knack for balancing edgy and professional content.
- Proficiency in analyzing social media insights and campaign metrics to drive future strategy.
- Creative, adaptable, and organized, with excellent communication skills.
