Our client is a global leader in the BPO sector, providing innovative solutions in customer service, sales, and accounts receivable for some of the world’s most recognized brands. With a strong global presence, the company is committed to driving business success through a people-first culture, fostering an environment where employees thrive, leaders are empowered, and HR plays a critical role in business growth.
As part of its ongoing HR transformation, the organization is elevating the role of HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to further enhance their strategic and consultative approach to ensure they are deeply integrated into the business. To achieve this, they are seeking a Senior Director, HR Business Partner to lead and enhance HR strategy, talent management integration, and cultural transformation in the Philippines.
About the Role
The Senior Director, HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, ensuring that HR is a true business enabler. This role requires a forward-thinking, high-impact HR leader with strong expertise in talent integration, employee experience, and cultural transformation.
This position will report to the Global Head of HR, working closely with regional and global HR teams to develop high-performing leadership teams, improve workforce planning, and embed talent strategies that drive business success. The Senior Director will also build and develop HRBPs in the Philippines, helping them transition from transactional HR support to trusted business partners capable of driving organizational change.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership & Business Partnering

• Partner with business leaders to develop proactive HR solutions that drive productivity, engagement, and retention.
• Equip HR Business Partners with the skills, tools, and data insights they need to shift from transactional support to strategic consulting.
• Identify key workforce trends and provide forward-thinking recommendations to business leaders.
Talent Management & Leadership Development Integration
• Collaborate closely with Talent Management to align HR business partnering strategies with global talent development initiatives.
• Support the execution and integration of succession planning, leadership programs, and high-potential employee development, ensuring that HRBPs and business leaders fully leverage these programs.
• Ensure a seamless connection between talent management initiatives and broader HR strategies, embedding a growth-focused, talent-first culture where leadership teams prioritize internal career progression and workforce planning.
• Drive adoption and execution of global talent strategies at a local level, ensuring that leaders and HRBPs are effectively equipped to apply workforce insights to decision-making.
• Act as a bridge between business leaders and the Global Talent Management Director, ensuring that talent insights and recommendations are effectively translated into strategic business actions.
Cultural Transformation & Employee Experience
• Champion initiatives that enhance workplace culture, employee engagement, and inclusion.
• Drive organizational change efforts, ensuring employees and leaders are aligned with the company’s values and business strategy.
• Lead HR in shaping a unified, forward-thinking company culture, working to elevate managerial effectiveness and leadership accountability.
• Implement strategies to strengthen employee value proposition, ensuring a compelling and inclusive employee experience.
HR Operational Excellence & Execution
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to implement best-in-class HR programs that drive performance, engagement, and workforce effectiveness.
• Ensure that HR processes, tools, and policies are effectively applied to support business objectives and compliance standards.
• Support HRBPs in transitioning away from task-based execution (e.g., compliance tracking) to true business partnership, where they actively shape people and organizational strategies.
