Position Purpose
The Client Services Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned national accounts, ensuring client needs are met while identifying opportunities to drive revenue and maximize profitability. This role is essential in maintaining strong client relationships, enhancing customer satisfaction, and supporting the overall business strategy.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for selected national account clients.
- Build and maintain a deep understanding of client needs and business strategies to align with operational goals.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify and recommend process, technology, and procedural improvements.
- Analyze trends, address challenges, and implement effective solutions to enhance customer experiences.
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and optimize the use of contracted products.
- Develop creative solutions to increase revenue, reduce costs, and improve efficiencies in existing contracts.
- Participate in crafting contract proposals using client data and benchmarking insights.
- Lead client visits and presentations, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage new program implementations or changes to existing program scopes.
- Take initiative in professional development to enhance skills and performance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service, ideally within the BPO industry.
- Exceptional customer service skills and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Proven ability to resolve issues promptly and prioritize effectively.
- Experience managing large accounts and working within the constraints of negotiated contracts.
- Proficiency in creating compelling PowerPoint presentations and reports.
- Advanced organizational skills and strong technology proficiency.
