Responsibilities
The COO will play a critical role in ensuring that my client's operations are efficient, scalable, and aligned with their long-term goals. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role involves working with a high-performing leadership team to foster innovation, drive growth, and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage analytics and reporting to drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
• Strategic Projects: Play a key role in identifying and launching new service lines, business models, and market opportunities.

My client is seeking an entrepreneurial, results-oriented leader with a proven track record in scaling operations and driving strategic growth.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience as a COO or equivalent senior leadership role, ideally in a BPO or high-growth organization.
• Expertise in Agile frameworks or similar leadership methodologies, with certification highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in strategic planning, operational transformation, and business development.
• Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Strong financial and analytical acumen, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Knowledge of HR, Finance, Marketing, and Operations functions, with a holistic understanding of organizational dynamics.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree highly desirable.
