About Our Client:

Our client is a leader in the data management revolution, specializing in Master Data Management (MDM) as a top-tier Microsoft partner. They are dedicated to empowering organizations to harness the full potential of their data, driving critical decision-making, innovation, and substantial growth.

Role Overview:

As an Account Executive, you will be a key member of the Sales team.

We are looking for someone ready to take their sales career to the next level, and be mentored closely by one of my client's top enterprise sales executives to help you develop and grow.

There is already a strong book of existing accounts that you will be focus on growing and adding to over time. We are looking for someone that already has some good experience in a BDR type role followed by 1-2 years of mid-market level account executive experience.  This role offers significant opportunities for growth with a clear pathway to larger roles and increased compensation.

I currently have two positions:

1 - Focusing primarily on clients on the East Coast with a focus on the Healthcare industry.

2 - Focusing primarily on clients in the Mid-West/Central Region with a focus on the Manufacturing industry.

Both positions are remote with travel as needed to meet clients and attend internal meetings/QBRs.

What You Will Do:

  • Own the development of your sales pipeline with existing accounts, strategically leveraging relationships, collaborations, and resources from our client's Marketing, BDR team, Partners, and Microsoft.
  • Regularly coordinate with internal and external teams to drive and manage high-yield opportunities.
  • Manage a list of targeted accounts within your territory, focusing on primarily nurturing existing ones but with a view to penetrating new customers for additional business over time.
  • Deliver creative account-based marketing initiatives for key accounts in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Deepen your expertise in data management to effectively convey our client's unique business value.
  • Establish and foster strong relationships within Microsoft’s business applications and Data & AI teams.
  • Create significant value during the sales cycle, establishing a "give to get" relationship and expanding touchpoints within accounts.
  • Assist prospects in articulating the business value of solutions to their leadership.
  • Ensure precision in your pipeline management and deliver consistent revenue by understanding deal timing and velocity.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Achiever Pattern: Demonstrated ability to achieve/exceed quotas by focusing on actual results rather than mere activity metrics.
  • Proven track record in a BDR related role with at least a couple of years in selling to mid-market companies.  This role should be represent a step up from where you are now.
  • Value Selling : Strong ability to articulate real-world business values across various industries.
  • Desire for Expertise: A proactive interest in becoming a subject matter expert in MDM, with a solid understanding of modern IT architectures.
  • Coachability and Emotional Intelligence: Must have a growth mindset and be ready to absorb training, guidance, and best practices to propel your career.
